Pastor Bing Balmores
Pastor Bing Balmores graduated from the Wesleyan Bible College and Seminary in the Philippines with a Bachelor of Religious Education (B.R.E.) and Bachelor of Theology (B.Th., major in Biblical Counseling). He has been licensed and ordained by the International Association of Bible Fellowship Centers. He served as a missionary with his family in Okinawa from 1979 to 1983. He has also studied and trained to be a Hospital Chaplain with the Pacific Health Ministry in Hawaiʻi (earned diploma as Lay Chaplain).
Pastor Billy Dragich
Pastor Billy Dragich was formerly Pastor Balmores’ assistant pastor and co-director of the Youth Group, along with his wife Ester. He and his family now reside in the state of Washington.
